I acknowledge that I have voluntarily agreed to services through T.A.L.K. Consulting, LLC (hereafter “T.A.L.K.”). T.A.L.K. provides services through inner healing counseling, experiential workshops, and intensives on mental health, writing services, including and not limited to manuscript preparation, publishing services, consulting, coaching, business proposals, and grant writing.

By my agreement to engage in services offered by T.A.L.K. I on behalf of myself and my assigns, heirs, executors, guardians and other legal representatives, hereby release T.A.L.K. (including all agents, contractors, officers, affiliates and founder of T.A.L.K.) from any liability for any injuries suffered by me during my voluntary participation in T.A.L.K. Further, I, on behalf of myself and my assigns, heirs, executors, guardians and other legal representatives, hereby agree that I will not make any claim against, sue or seek to attach the property of T.A.L.K. (including all agents, contractors, officers, affiliates and founder of T.A.L.K.) and that I waive all actions, claims or demands that I now or hereafter may have, for any injuries suffered by me during my voluntary engagement with T.A.L.K., resulting from the negligent act or omissions of T.A.L.K. or any agent, contractor, officer or affiliate of T.A.L.K.

Once this agreement is initiated client assumes all financial responsibility for outlined services. This serves as an agreement to pay the cost of services listed.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and T.A.L.K. Consulting, LLC, and I sign this agreement of my own free will.

T.A.L.K. Consulting, LLC retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.

General Refund and Return Policy: Due to the automation of many of our services and the time reserved to serve you in our programs, all sales are final on the course, coaching & consulting services, digital product purchases, and live events. There are no refunds, and you are responsible for making all payments in your purchase agreement whether you complete the course or attend the program or not. By placing your order, you are indicating your agreement to these terms.
